Just going to ask did you clear codes. Probably did . Just take battery loose for 30 seconds or so then see if it comes back.

I did clear my codes once a week but I stopped after a while because I hate programing radio stations. But I did recently clear it when I changed my plugs/wires. But yea It throws a code daily

From my experience with the code 32 , you have checked and replaced . They will go off with so many cranks of engine.
I have a vehicle the code came up found a vacuum line broke , replaced it could not get cel off.
    Went off on it,s on.

Hmm. Ok let's start from square one with a new egr valve. If y'all have time I will work this over again starting with what ever y'all say. Where to begin?

Ok you changed egr, , and controller and vacuum lines . When you hooked vacuum line to controller, did you put it on bottom nipple.
Should have two put it on the bottom one. Code 32 means high vacuum in circuit. Like in a leak some where.
Also make sure your getting good connection at controller, no oxidation ect.
