    Spreadsheet to make RPM tables

    I made a spreadsheet many years ago that automagically calculated a lot of basic information based on tire size, axle ratio, transfer case low range ratio, and transmission ratios. You can do a lot of what-if stuff with this and print the results if you want...
    I also added the capability to add the ratios of your external low range boxes (like the Ranger II or the NP203 that was popular for double low range for a while) and Overdrive boxes.

    It will churn out several tables;

    1. RPMs at multiple road speeds in high and low range that include half gears for splitters (extra low range or overdrive boxes). A 1:1 splitter ratio will turn these half gear lines off in the RPM tables...
    2. Ideal speedometer gears.
    3. Speedometer gear ratio adapter calculations.

    I used basic IF THEN ELSE logic and mathematical formulas. There are no VB Scripts or Macros.

    This .ZIP archive contains two spreadsheets. One Microsoft Office Excel 1997/2003 .xls file and one Libre-Office Calc .ods file. The Libre Office suite that will open the .ods file is free for Windoze, Linux, and Android tablets.
    Before you make changes save a backup copy.

    Zip archive link on Mediafire followed by a screen grab of the first page of my spreadsheet open in Libre Office Calc.
