Got the parts a lot cheaper from Allstate Gear Inc. They told me the carry NV4500's on hand for $900/ea. Still i am only in to the "transmission" part for $500ish. Already called Drive Shafts Unlimited and they quoted me around $175 to modify my drive shaft so is can compensate for the length difference between the auto and manual trans. Already fired the truck up, Shifts fine but hoping i just have to bleed the slave cylinder and not replace it. Clutch pedal seemed soft to me.

UPDATE: Got back from Driver Shaft Unlimited in San Antonio . They first quoted me $180 to just extend it and said that it might be ready by Monday when i dropped it off Thursday morning. They called me Friday around noon saying it was finished.Driver shaft extended, balanced and new carrier bearing for $150. Just extending the forward shaft and balancing it was only $71.64.
Part stores wanting 180-200 for the carrier bearing, That place only charged me $67 for it.

Got the truck off the trailer today. Did a short test drive every thing seems fine. Next need to make the support bracket for the clutch assembly. A slight tap from the transmission that goes away when in gear. But hope that goes away once i recheck the fluid levels.

Did a 30 mile test drive. Bad part seems that the Fork for fifth gear jumped off shifter fork and now is stuck in 5th even when shifter is in neutral. reverse still works. Will try to see why 5th fork jumped.

After looking i have a lead on why it might be stuck in 5th. After messing with the shifter and listening to the synros engage. I noticed the syncro sound was missing when the transmission as shifted in to and out from 5th. After reviewing my my memories of rebuilding it i never recalled making sure the carter pin win in the shifter for for fifth gear. Hopefully i can check to verify that if there is one in it or not. The reason it could have shifted trouble free on the bench is that there was no load on the shift fork when shifting from 4th to 5th.

    UPDATE:
Think i found why it was stuck in fifth during the test drive. After searching i found out i installed the roll pins incorrectly.
New pins correctly installed, now waiting for 1hr cure before i tighten down the bolts. Then i have to wait 24hrs before i can fill it back up.
