When I leave here I want to get into some seasonal work in the North West Territory and in order to be eligible I have to be legally able to work in Canada. Most of the companies I looked at stated they only hire Northerners, but a few said they will also consider non Canadian residents who are legally able to work in Canada. I have been able to find very little on this subject, can any of you help me figure out what I need to do?

in addition to ones you will need to be wearing! LOL... if you are heading north into Yukon or the Northwest Territories, I would think it to be colder then Georgia, even middle of the hottest day in the summer. I would not envy you bud...LOL... I grew up in Maine, in a town about 30 minutes from Quebec, and that was cold enough, especially for me since I was born and raised in San Diego! LOL....

What about global warming, I figured that would make the NWT feel nice during the winter?

I want to work on the ice roads. I more than qualify for a lot of those jobs. A lot of it is the same thing I have been doing over here.
