Yes I did I get it off, I actually went to google and youtube to find out how to get it off. Its kinda tricky I can tell you how to get it off, you will need a phillps scewdriver, 7mm wrench and 7mm nut driver or socket to get it off. Sorry just saw this message on my notifications, here is my email addy dirtrider73068@hotmail.com put truck forum in subject or I might reject it, or you can reach me on msn messanger at same as the email addy, also have yahoo messanger though not on there much its dirtrider73068 is yahoo name.

Sorry man, life keeps sneaking up on me. I hope you got this taken care of... about the only thing to do easily would be to short cross the two pins on the low pressure switch.. this would turn your compressor on.. at this point, if your air gets cold the low pressure switch is bad.. if the air does NOT get cold then its probably leaked the freon out.. the system should take about 1.13 KG or 2.5 lbs of freon to charge it.. it should use R134 that you can buy at wal mart or other auto supply stores and recharge it yourself. I'd go into details about what to do, but am not sure if you already have it fixed.. sorry it took me so long to reply :(
