may be an intake manifold gasket, check under dist cap
sounds like you are close.....question is why did they blow, has a wire rubbed some where?
how much you want to spend would be the determining factor, price out pars thru summit
usually if gas is not leaking from a tb its ok, think i would look under the cap and make sure all is ok
when did it get its last tuneup? cap rotor wires plugs?
check the cable at starter end
hold the brake release and pull the cable from underneath, might need a helper......see if the cable has slack after
how heavy are the tires? what is max psi rating on side wall and how much air are you running?
